How to Book

We endeavour to make the booking experience as seamless and straightforward as possible. That’s why we offer a number of different ways to book, so you can pick the method that suits you best.

Normal Box Office opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 11am – 4pm (closed for lunch 1.30pm – 2.30pm). The Box Office also opens one hour before any show that is playing.

During the summer months of July and August, our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 11am – 4pm (closed for lunch 1.30-2.30pm). If there is a show scheduled, the Box Office will open one hour before it’s scheduled to begin.

Online Booking

Booking online is quick and easy and can be done at anytime. Simply click the button beside your chosen performance and follow the instructions.  If booking by credit card, we’ll need your card number, expiry date, CVV number, contact phone number, your name and address. Please consider an alternative date in case your first choice is not available.  Please note there is a €2 booking fee per ticket for all bookings made online.

Over the Phone  Booking

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available in denominations of €5. Our vouchers have no expiry date, and can be purchased by phone or online where they can be printed off at home.

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of a sold out show, we will offer to re-sell your tickets. If they are re-sold, we will refund you.

Baby and toddler tickets

Due to our strict Fire Regulations, and for the safety of all our customers, toddlers and babies under 2 years of age require an allocated seat for any show in the theatre.

All buggies, baby carriers and walkers are to be left outside the auditorium for the duration of performance to comply with health & safety measures.

Booking information for schools

  1. Your booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received
  2. You will be issued an invoice for your reservation. Full payment is due within one calendar month at which point your reservation will be automatically released
  3. Payments must be made in advance by cheque, credit card or bank transfer
  4. Cash is not accepted as a form of payment for school bookings
  5. Under no circumstances can payment be made after attending a performance
  6. If you are paying through an ETB please allow extra time for payments to clear and ensure that your school name and the name of the show is identifiable in the remittance slip information
  7. We kindly request that you supply accurate attendance numbers at the time of booking. dlr Mill Theatre is a registered charity and we operate under very restricted budgets. Each ticket counts, so we ask you not to reduce your numbers once your booking has been confirmed
  8. Please be aware of our No Refund/Exchange Policy . Once payment has been made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for future productions.
Performers on stage at dlr Mill Theatre

Information for teachers

  1. dlr Mill Theatre is located in Dundrum Town Centre beside Milano Restaurant
  2. Please arrive with your entire group at least 30 minutes before the performance is scheduled to start. We cannot hold the show for latecomers. If you arrive late you will be given the option to watch the performance on a TV in our refreshments area
  3. Seating is unallocated and is done on a first come first served basis
  4. Teachers are required to supervise their students at all times
  5. Please ensure that the behaviour of your students is not disruptive to other audience members or performers on the stage
  6. Should any student behave in a manner that is disrespectful to either the theatre or the performers, they will be asked to leave
  7. Teachers should sit at the end of each row or interspersed with their students
  8. The use of mobile phones or any recording devices is not permitted in the auditorium
  9. No eating or drinking is allowed in the auditorium
