⭐️Meet Aisling O’Mara!⭐️
Aisling O Mara is a Dublin based actor/writer. Writing began with Show-In-A-Bag 2015 and Rebel Rebel (written by Aisling and Robbie O’Connor) which was received with great success and toured Ireland, the UK & New York. Nothing But A Toerag was Aisling’s first play in 2019 and sold out a 2 week run in Smock Alley, then going on to a 4 week run in Bewleys Cafe Theatre. Aisling was commissioned to write Next Please by Bewleys Cafe Theatre in 2021 which was nominated for Best New Play in the Irish Times Theatre awards 2021/2022 & ran for many weeks in 2021/2022.
15 Minutes which was staged in Glass Mark Theatre, enjoyed a three week sold out run in 2022. She wrote one of the pieces in the 24 Hour Plays in the Abbey Theatre called AGM. She is currently under commission with the Abbey Theatre.
