Glór na dTonn Céilí Band
A night of exceptional traditional Irish music, featuring Senior All-Ireland winning Céilí Band Glór na dTonn, and an array of hugely talented trad musicians based locally, brought to you by Craobh na Fuinseoige, local branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann in the Churchtown/Dundrum area and hosts of the Dublin Fleadh 2026.
Hailing from Mayo, Sligo, and Waterford, Glór na dTonn have quickly risen to national prominence with their dynamic arrangements, rich tone, and unmistakable energy. Since their formation in 2019, the band has captivated audiences across Ireland, earning widespread acclaim for their powerful ensemble sound and musical sensitivity — a journey that reached its pinnacle with their historic victory at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2025 in Wexford.
The night will kick off with support acts drawing from the incredible talent among locally-based musicians, many of whom teach regularly in Craobh na Fuinseoige and other local Comhaltas branches, including beautiful tune and song arrangements of Caoimhe Blennerhassett (sean-nós singing and flute), Clodagh Dalton (harp) and Fiona Gaffney (fiddle).
