Slice
Slice, which will be performed in our Maureen O’Hara studio, is a tender and sharply observed drama that examines the delicate balance of love, duty and identity within the ‘Sandwich generation’. Caught between caring for children and aging parents, two siblings navigate the loss of their mother while wrestling within their own shifting roles. The play captures the unspoken tensions, quiet humour and enduring bonds of family life.
Featuring moving performances from Mel Ryan and Elaine Gallagher, Slice is a sincere and touching portrait of the fragile ties that hold a family together.
